The Sanskrit word edha functions as our name to reflect important elements of meaning renewal and quiet self-examination. True growth happens through the combination of pausing and breathing while we return to ourselves.
The foundation of Edha began as a mission to bring yoga wisdom to people all across the globe. Every member of our community receives authentic guided yoga through our online centre for practising yoga at home, free from external pressures and distractions.
